Special Issue on Chemical Residue Analysis
Residue
analysis relates to the analysis of residual materials left from an operation,
eg, solvents left in pharmaceutical products or pesticides left in food.
Analyses performed at or below ppm level are described. Residue analysis
identification techniques include atomic absoprtion/emission spectrometry, mass
spectrometry, gas chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography, NMR,
IR spectroscopy, surface science, and other advanced instrumentation.
Applications areas of residue analysis include the explosives, food, environment,
pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology.
In this special issue, we intend to invite
front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review
articles on exploring Chemical Residue Analysis. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Chemical trace analysis
-
Contamination detection and analysis
-
Chemical composition analysis
-
Residue analytical methods
-
Development of analytical instruments
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully
before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of
their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly specify the “Special Issue”
under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Chemical
Residue Analysis” should be selected during your submission.
