ABSTRACT: The development and change that has taken place in the industry recently entered
a new phase in parallel with the developments in computer technology.
This phase is referred as Industry 4.0. With Industry 4.0, companies are working
to take advantage of information technology to increase profitability and
productivity. Increasing use of social media in recent years has forced companies
to show their presence on those platforms. Social media is a major source
of meaningful information for companies because it contains large amounts
of data. In this study, the top five companies operating in information technology
(IT) research/consulting and the top five companies operating in enterprise
resource planning (ERP) field were selected. Conclusions have been
made based on the analysis of the tweets related to Industry 4.0.
