Special Issue on Environmental Contamination and Toxicology
Environmental toxicology, is a branch of environmental science and toxicology , it is a subject which uses the toxicology methods to study the effects of the harmful factors in the environment on human health, from the point of view of medicine and biology. Its main task is to study the possible biological effect that the environmental pollutants might have on organism, affect the detection index of mechanism and early damage, to provide scientific basis for the making of the environmental sanitation standard and the implementation of environmental protection work.
The subject of using the toxicology methods to study the effects of the harmful factors in the environment on human health and its mechanism is a component of environmental medicine, and a branch of toxicology. It studies the poison effect of environmental pollutants mainly through animal experiments.
Authors should read over the journal’s Author’s Guidelines carefully before submission, Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal Paper Submission System.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Environmental Contamination and Toxicology.
