Special Issue on Vasculitis and Myositis
Vasculitis
and Myositis are
both rheumatic diseases. Vasculitis is
a group of disorders that destroy blood vessels by inflammation. Both arteries and veins are
affected, with inflammatory cells infiltration around blood vessels, accompanied
by vascular injury, including cellulose deposition, collagen fibers
degeneration, necrosis of endothelial cells and muscle cells. Myositis is a general term
for inflammation of the muscles, mainly involving the striated
muscle, with or without a variety of skin damage, and may accompanying visceral
damage.
In this special issue, we intend to invite
