Special Issue on Geochemistry

Geochemists study the composition, structure, processes, and other physical aspects of the Earth. They examine the distribution of chemical elements in rocks and minerals, as well as the movement of these elements into soil and water systems. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of Geochemistry.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Geochemistry. In this special issue, potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Oxygen isotopes in meteorites
• Structural and isotopic analysis of organic matter in carbonaceous chondrites
• Trace element and isotopic fluxes/subducted slab
• Nonmass-dependent isotopic fractionation processes
• The stable isotopic composition of atmospheric CO₂
• Water stable isotopes: Atmospheric composition and applications
• Stable isotope applications in hydrologic studies
• Biogeochemistry
• Organic geochemistry
• Trace and elemental geochemistry

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue - Geochemistry” should be chosen during your submission.
