Abstract: The purpose of the study was to examine the effectiveness of the breath to relax in reducing the job stress of preschool education workers. The study will adopt Quasi-experimental design. Data will be collected approximately 30 subjects from one of central Taiwan universities. The subjects will participate in the breath to relax training programs. Moreover, the biofeedback equipment was used in the experimental period. It measures breathing rate, heart rate, skin conductivity of electricity and skin temperature. For a more in-depth analysis of subjects’ views on the breath to relax training in reducing the job stress. The results of the present study was to accept the breath to relax training of preschool education teachers in baseline and stress period, stress and recovery period their physical signals had significant difference.
