In the point of specific knowledge, a relative classification is got that teachers in military academy can be divided into military special teachers and general teachers of military and civilian. Both of them had different incentive preference. Based on such statement,some important suggestions had been achieved, such as establishing a fair and reasonable performance appraisal system for all teachers, extending the service life for military specific teachers, introducing efficiency wage system to attract military and civilian personnel.Finally, a non-demobilized compulsory retired system was hoped to be established.
