Abstract: In order to improve the university teaching quality, this paper represents a effective section lecturemode as the view of process management, while various general sections in the lecture are demonstrated andthe methodology of optional sections of lecture tightly aimed as key kernel is discussed. Through the rationalsectional design and precise time control, the teaching quality and efficiency can be improved outstandingly.In the duration of figuring out and fixing the low effective sections, the teaching quality and efficiency, finally,will be qualified. The effective section lecture mode, however, can help the lecturer find the issues in teachingprocess and improve the teaching methods, and it can also be taken as a the teaching communicational approachamong the teachers.
