Abstract: Because the supporting capability of information security is increasingly regarded as an essentialcomponent part in a country’s overall national strength, information security becomes an important orientationin cultivating professional computer talent in a university. The paper firstly focuses on analyzing thecourse system of information security specialty and the characteristics of knowledge structure of ComputerScience majors, integrating the content of the course system in information security specialty and then putsforward an appropriate construction plan of information security course which is fit for Computer Sciencespecialty. Furthermore, based on the reality of our university, the paper puts forward the advantages of informationsecurity course system and also points out the disadvantages in practice and presents correspondingstrategy and advice.
