Abstract: In order to develop the education of colleges and universities, bilingual teaching are used in manycourses. Bilingual teaching meant under the aid of Chinese using English to teach Computer Network, andgradually enable students to learn independently of the language think and communication. The goal of computernetwork bilingual teaching was clear and the principles of that was mastered, and that would be developedby nimble diverse methods according to conditions of teachers and student to choose appropriate opportunity,course, teaching material. For enriching students' knowledge, piloting and exploiting the students'thoughts and perfecting consummating the students' knowledge structure, according to the characteristics ofthe course Computer Network, it is discussed on teaching ways and aims to improve teaching quality, such asadopt teaching object and different level teaching, the features of the bilingual teaching reform and the methodsto promote the effects of it are discussed, a way for the development of the course is pointed.
