Abstract: |
The Course of measurement & control instrument network technology has Characteristics of strongabstractiveness, up-front, and theory, which is a new course. Based on the goal of undergraduate teaching, the foundational theory of the course is analyzed deeply by giving prominence to distinguishing feature ofelectric power, and the experimental teaching is enhanced by setting up the lab of field bus, rebuilding theexperimental platform through using several buses including CAN, PROFIBUS and MODBUS, and simulatingthe communications among many kinds of measurement & control instruments. The teaching method andmeans are improved. Teacher team construction is emphasized with cultivating talents with solid theoreticalbasis, high practical ability and tracking new technology development and trend. The network resources areemployed fully, thus the self-study capacity is cultivated. The professional technology talents are expected tocultivate in the field of communication among the measurement & control instruments with electric powerfeature. By the exploration of teaching reform, the practice proves that the teaching reform is successful.
