Abstract: Based on investigation and analysis of students from vocational colleges and vocational schoolsin Wenzhou, writer found out that difference existed in occupation comment, employment target, andinfluential elements of job choose. But in terms of employment purpose and method of finding a job, therewere no significant differences between two groups of students. Writer tried to analyze elements whichcaused study difference between two groups of students, gave new thoughts of how to improve studentschoosing employment viewpoint effectively and target-oriented. Writer hoped this study would provide helpto guide both students from vocational colleges and vocational schools in order to let them provide betterservice for local district development.
