Abstract: |
The problem of higher education standards for tuition relates to each university students and their families, it is a sensitive and complex problem. Through understanding and analyzing the problem, this paper uses the national division of the seven areas for colleges and universities unit as the DMU, establishes the evaluation model of higher education standards for tuition based on DEA. Then by solving the model, it makes a calculation for the cities which are relatively efficient in higher education policy for tuition fees, the redundant input and shortfalls output volume of the relative non-effective municipal.
