Abstract: Digital Video Broadcasting-Return Channel System(DVB-RCS) Standard is a technical standard established by ETSI specific to the interactive communications in satellite network. Based on the characteristics of DVB-RCS satellite communication networks, this paper proposes a new method of QoS Guarantee, and focuses on the analysis of its classification mechanism, admission control system and the solution of bandwidth management. Meanwhile, a simulation is conducted and the results of the simulation indicate that, the solution given by this paper can efficiently improve the utilization of valuable channel resources in the DVB-RCS satellite communication networks under the precondition of the QoS request.
