Abstract: With the maturity of the cloud computing technology in recent years, more and more company and organizations use its strong storage capacity to deal with the limited storage space. Since the cloud computing can deal with huge information and combine the cloud computing with the monitor system to create an immediately monitor system with high efficiency. At present, the crime rate has been increasing greatly owing to the terrible public security, and the police always waste lots of resources to chase the criminals. Therefore, this paper proposed a Pre-pick monitor system that can sieve the videos efficiently to help the identification of the videos. Our system is able to figure out the video clips with higher probability and send them to related systems for the identification. The purpose of this research is to establish a Hadoop system to simulate the cloud computing network system. Thanks to the effective information provided by the system, it will not consume too much labor power to filter the monitor images. In addition, the cloud computing monitor system can estimate the possible escape paths, and create a system that is beneficial to the capture of the criminals with the help of an intelligent monitor. It is significant that users can estimate the escape paths anytime and anywhere, and react to the crimes immediately to improve our current public order. To sum up, our proposed automatic monitor system not only reduces extra expenses, but also solves the overuse of labor power.
