Abstract: Communication Principles is a basic course of communication engineering etc. And it is difficult for most students. Moreover, analog modulation system is important in the course. Therefore, after the expatiating of amplitude modulation and demodulation, this paper presents its modulation and demodulation model in Multisim8. The model uses the oscilloscope to analyze waveforms in the case of different parameters. The fact shows that some important circuits are lively simulated with Multisim8 software, and then applied to the teaching of the course and the students can make further understanding to those important contents through the simulations.
