Abstract:	In this article, we studied the evaluation of the capacity of transportation networks of coal logistics based on ISM model. The logical relationship among the facial factors, middle factors and deepen factors that influence the capacity of transportation networks of coal logistics are concluded; and put forward some suggestions using the above conclusion.
