Abstract: In this paper, we fist mix design of the chemical composition of alloys by controling Nickel chrome equivalent. After that we manufacture the alloy by vacuum smelting and vacuum consuming.we observe the structure of the alloy steel by low microscope, metallograph and electron probe at last.The results indicated that we can get the alloy with uniform martensite in the end。
