Abstract: Three kinds of 3Fe /(1-x)Si/xAl(x=0.6,0.4,0.2)Fe3Si based intermetallic compounds were prepared by using vacuum arc melting and Annealing. In the present work, Al was used as alloying elements to adjust the fabricated materials long-rang order (LRO).Meanwhile, the fabricated materials were characterized by XRD, SEM, EPMA, etc, and calculated their LRO quantificationally. The result showed that the LRO of Fe3(Si1-x,Alx) intermetallic compounds decreased with the increase of Al. Obviously, after vacuum arc melting and annealing, the ordered phases of 3Fe /(1-x)Si/xAl (x=0.6,0.4,0.20)were Fe3(Si0.33,Al0.67)、Fe3(Si0.67,Al0.33) and Fe3(Si0.80,Al0.20). Respectively, the order degrees of the three ordered phases were 0.701, 0712 and 0.742.
