Abstract: Doped with 0.1wt%MnCO3, 0.05wt%, Fe2O3 1mol% Sc2O3 and various Li/Nb ratios(0.94、1.05、 1.20、1.40) in LiNbO3 Sc:Mn:Fe:LiNbO3 crystals by Czochralski technique. The in frayed spectra of crystals were measured, the structure of crystals and occupancy site of ions were researched. The shifting mechanism of OH- absorption peak were discussed. The using Kr+ ion Laser as high source, the exponential gain coefficient and response time were measured. The blue exponential gain coefficient are higher one time than that of red exponential gain coefficient, response time shorten to 1 10 . The exponential gain coefficient with Li/Nb rations increase but increase. Response time with Li/Nb ration increase but decrease. The photorefractive properties of but LiNbO3 Sc:Mn:Fe:LiNbO3 crystals preferable to 532nm and 632.8nm.
