Abstract: La2O3/MoSi2 composite particles were prepared by mechanical milling method. Sintered molybdenum with different addition of La2O3/MoSi2 were prepared by powder metallurgy, and their coefficient of thermal expansion and thermal conductivity were detected. The results show that La2O3/MoSi2 composite particles influence the coefficient of thermal expansion, thermal conductivity. When the content of La2O3/MoSi2 is 1% the coefficient of thermal expansion dropped clearly, and when the content of La2O3/MoSi2 is 0.5% and 1.5%, the thermal conductivity was improved.
