Abstract: Fluorine-doped tin oxide transparent conductive thin film with the area of 300×300mm2 was deposited on glass substrate by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis using SnCl4·5H2O and HF as the starting material and dopant respectively in methanol. The structural, morphological, electrical, and optical properties of this film was investigated. The results indicate that the SnO2: F film which have uniform crystal grains and compact structure is polycrystal with the tetragonal rutile structure. The resistivity, hemisphere emissivity and the average transmittance in visible region of the sample have reached 7.5×10-4Ω·cm, 0.14 and 83% respectively.
