Abstract: porous ZnO nanosheets with wurtzite structure is produced by the thermal treatment of ZnS(en)0.5 (en = ethylenediamine) complex precursor, wiich is combined through solvothermal method with the materials of ZnCl, CS(NH2)2, and ethylenediamine, to 600℃ in air. The PL spectra shows that the emission peak at 545 nm is obtained by the excitation wavelength of 270 nm, without the emission peaks (380~390 nm) of excitons. The emission peak is high and can be attributed to VO + and Zn(1?z)+.
