Abstract: this paper studies the application of the homopolars comparative method of the temperature electromotive force (EMF)verification for the tungsten rhenium thermocouple wire in rapid temperature measurement of molten steel.The results show that homopolars comparative method is adapted well to temperature electromotive force indexing for the tungsten rhenium thermocouple wire with high working efficiency,low cost,easy operating, low request for testing condition and so on . After established the data of micro-difference temperature electromotive force, this method can improve the precision grade of the tungsten rhenium thermocouple wire and partnership efficiency.
