Abstract: La-doped Ni-Zn ferrite/polyaniline composites were prepared by solution polymerization. FT-IR and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to characterize the structure of the sample and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) was adopted to observe sample size and morphology. FT-IR and XRD analysis revealed the complex was made of conductive polymer and ferrite nanoparticles composite system, the introduction of ferrite material on the conductive polymer had a certain effect on with the crystallinity degree, and the chemical bond existed between the ferrite particles and polyaniline. TEM observation showed that the sample was six prisms and that complex size is about 70-90nm.
