Abstract: In this paper, Sm2Fe17Nx/Fe3Pt/?-Fe are prepared by melt-spun method and HD method, SEM、 XRD and VSM techniques have been used to characterize the structural and magnetic property. The difference magnetic property between Sm2Fe17Nx/Fe3Pt/?-Fe and Sm2Fe17Nx/?-Fe has also been studied. Fe3Pt alloy is an excellent magnetically soft material, which can generate exchange-coupling interaction with Sm2Fe17Nx alloy in nano scale. The coercivity of the multiphase nanocomposite material can reach to 2600Oe, therefore,Sm2Fe17Nx/Fe3Pt/?-Fe alloy is a new type Development permanent magnetic composite.
