Abstract: La-doped barium ferrite (BaLaxFe12-xO19, x=0, 0.01, 0.03, 0.05) was prepared by the sol-gel. XRD analysis showed that the samples had good crystallization and were one of the magnetic type barium ferrite crystal structure. With the La doping increasement, the barium ferrite particle size is also decreased. In situ polymerization in solution was used to prepare La-doped barium ferrite-polyaniline composites. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy suggested that the La-doped barium ferrite-polyaniline composites was produced. TEM observation showed that the sample was spherical and that complex particle size is about 60-80nm.
