Abstract: The characteristics of China's agriculture led to the agricultural industrialization project has distinctive Chinese characteristics, then the diversity of the stakeholders in agricultural industrialization project makes the management in agricultural industrialization project more difficult and complex. Over the past decade, China's agricultural comprehensive development projects achieved some results, but in the management of agricultural industrialization projects, there are still many problems, which lead to the performance of the agricultural industrialization project was poor. In this paper, based on the methods and means of project management, start with the process of agricultural industrialization project, the longitudinal analysis of existing problems, to explore the problems resulting from lateral root, thus improve the management efficiency of agricultural industrialization projects fundamentally.
