Abstract: With the increase of graduates each year, college employment has called the focus of public concern in recent years, students at more obvious difficulties in the employment phase. Under the new situation of the employment needs of local universities emancipate the mind, to take effective measures to promote the students employment. In this paper we analyze the local colleges in the career guidance prominent contradictions encountered in the work, and proposed strategies to deal with conflict resolution.
