In this paper a method of Information &Communication network project post-evaluation technology based on fuzzy set is carried out. Firstly, the importance of information & communication project post-evaluation is analyzed. Secondly, based on fussy set the method of first class evaluation model and multi-class evaluation model are introduced. Thirdly, the factor sets that affect project post-evaluation are divided into five groups, including: project funds using and allocation rationality, system technology choosing rationality, implementation effect of project, project management, project economic social and environmental effect. According to the characteristics of the information & communication project, all the factors included in the five factor sets mentioned above are analyzed and grouped, and then the post-evaluation model based on fussy set is put forward. Lastly, considering three projects the application of the method is displayed. The method of information & communication project post-evaluation described in this paper can provide a scientific tool for the telecommunication department of the comprehensive evaluation the information & communication project.
