Abstract: To the problems of the marketing audit value, this paper gives a new value model based on main component analysis method and multi-classes support vector machines. On the one hand, the main component analysis method is used to play down the complication. On the other hand, to improve the occuracy, the multi-classes support vector machines is used. The new model can not only improve the efficiency but also improve the occuracy, so it is proved that the new model is a more feasible method than any other methods ever.
