Abstract: |
Jet printing machines are applied widely in printing domain. A measurement and display system of sheet speed and sheet quantity is proposed. In this system, embedded processor C8051F020 is used as main control chip, and encoder EB38A6 manufactured by ELCO company is used as sensor to measure sheet speed, and fiber sensor FS-V31 manufactured by KEYNENCE company is used as sensor to measure sheet quantity, and LED display EQ1003 is used as display equipment to display sheet speed and sheet quantity, and a key is used to change content of LED display EQ1003 to display sheet speed and sheet quantity, and EEPROM 24C16 is used as memory to store wheel diameter of encoder, and PC is used to send wheel diameter. Detailed hardware interface principle graph, software design method of C8051F020, program flow chart are given. Experiment result shows that precise measurement and steady display of sheet speed, sheet quantity are implemented.
