Abstract: Cloud computing is the use of Internet-based technologies for the provision of service such as resources, platforms and application software, which are delivered on demand to the customers. Cloud computing has a high reliability, good availability and low cost. Firstly, the architecture for information system based on cloud computing is discussed and both the concept hierarchical model and the circle hierarchical model for cloud computing based information system are proposed. Secondly, the construction methods for cloud computing based information system infrastructure (CCII) are discussed on the basis of cloud computing. And the framework for the cloud computing based information system infrastructure and the cloudlets relationship architecture are proposed. Last but not least, the resource management mechanism for cloudlets is described. The compound framework integrates hierarchical structure and P2P architecture and combines their characteristics that this construction not only manages massive computers and servers effectively but also shares information within the system efficiently.
