Abstract: This paper discusses the various blocks of human development in today's world phenomenon: all-out confrontation between the nation, consuming vast amounts of wealth, people frequently died of the outbreak of local wars; face natural crisis and social crisis, a serious threat to human survival. Not be difficult to solve these problems we talk about genuine human development. Prior to human over-emphasis on the material, and spiritual development of people's mind is slow, still remnants of the human animal Inferiority. New concept of learning is an effective way to solve these problems one. This article also discusses the new concept of learning the principles and methods to promote the development of human health.
