Abstract: Various factors are needed to be taken into special consideration for supply chain management (SCM) of coal enterprises, such as uncertainty of occurrence condition, uncertainty coal quality and various constraints on mine production capacity. In order to make coal enterprises quickly respond to changes in customer demands, and to improve supply chain and logistics management level, a supply chain model for coal mine planning with production scheduling was developed. By using PowerBuilder and Matlab, the construction of production planning information system are applied, which not only solves practical problems of surface coal mine, but also demonstrates the ability in responding to customer requirement and uncertainty.
