Abstract: E-Commerce Promotion Center and by the advance of Structured Information Standards Organization to develop e-commerce based XECI new standard to overcome the shortcomings of traditional XDI for many companies and organizations to provide a cheap, safe and viable trading platform. From the analysis of traditional and WEB-XDI XDI the limitations of this paper discusses the combination of the technical basis XECI discussed in detail in the Internet environment through XECI technology to achieve e-business models and methods. According to the frame of XECI, we design a prototype – XDI, XDI provide companies a trading platform, in which companies can exchange data by XECI document and complete trade according to certain process.
