Abstract: IEEE802.16e defines the structure of Quality of Service (QoS),and divides all services into five scheduling types. But it does not define scheduling algorithm of QoS.An algorithm was proposed here to schedule resources in different service types. It also used two phase extra bandwidth allocation policy and compensation strategy according to the service flows’type and state, there is also an algorithm for bandwidth allocation about channel condition and queue’s length discussed. Simulation results indicate that the resource utilization efficiency is improved, and the fairness is guaranteed well.
