Abstract: A new kind of digital table tennis bat with short distance wireless communication technology based on nRF24E1 was designed in this paper. This technology as a new kind of sports training of aides can help the athlete reach a higher level rapidly through collection and analysis of the athlete’s motion information. High level of integration multifunctional wireless transceiver chip nRF24E1, minitype three axis acceleration transducer based on MEMS technology and minitype angular velocity transducer are the core of digital table tennis bat. The principle sample, its power supply circuits diagram and the PCB were designed by the Altium Designer 6.0, and the MCU firmware was developed in KeilC integration development environment, then the system was debugged. This principle sample can transported the motion information collected to PC, and a star network of communication protocol was made. There wasn’t data contention when more than two principle samples were working in the same time1.
