We publish this conference proceedings with the aim of fully exchanging on our research result on history of Mechanics and Mechanics Methodology, exploring the importance of relavant research on scientific
research and education of mechanics, analyzing the vital events and outstanding persons during the development of mechanics and summerizing the research approches and regular pattern on machanics.
