Special Issue on Psychological and Behavioral
Sciences
Behavioral science mainly studies the behavior of individual or human
groups. The research object involves a wide range of subjects such as
psychology, sociology, consumer behavior, business behavior, cultural changes,
and the formulation of international relations policy. The emergence of this
discipline has an important influence on the development of management science.
It develops from the management centered on "things" to the
"people centered" management. It develops from supervision and
discipline management to motivation stimulation and behavior guidance
management. The production of behavioral science is the inevitable result of
the development of productive forces and social contradictions to a certain
stage, and also the inevitable result of the development of management thought.
The production of behavioral science has its political background and its
economic and cultural background.
