Special Issue on Adult Education and Lifelong learning
Lifelong learning may be broadly defined as learning that is
pursued throughout life; learning that is flexible, diverse and available at
different times and in different places. Lifelong learning can instill creativity,
initiative and responsiveness in people thereby enhances social inclusion,
active citizenship, personal fulfillment, and employability/adaptability. With
the rapidly changing knowledge being at the heart of what we regard as the knowledge
society, we can see how the focus of education and learning has moved much more
to be responsive to the demands of the global substructural forces.
In this special issue, we intend to invite
front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review
articles on exploring adult education and lifelong learning. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully
before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of
their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly specify the “Special Issue”
under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Adult Education and Lifelong Learning”
should be selected during your submission.
