Special Issue on Malnutrition, Obesity and Health
Malnutrition
is caused by inadequate intake, poor absorption, or excessive depletion of
nutrients. Malnutrition also includes excess nutrition due to overeating or
excessive intake of specific nutrients. Common malnutrition includes protein
energy malnutrition (PEM) and micronutrient malnutrition. The main indicators
for evaluating meat products are meat safety and meat quality. The goal of this special issue is to provide
a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote,
share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the
area of Malnutrition, Obesity and Health.
In this
special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit
original research and review articles on exploring Malnutrition,
Obesity and Health. Potential topics include, but are not
limited to:
