Special Issue on Food Waste Management
Food waste or food loss is food that is discarded or lost uneaten. The causes of food waste or loss are numerous, and occur at the stages of production, processing, retailing and consumption.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring food waste management. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

Prevent and reduce food waste at source

Store fruits and vegetables properly

Redistribute surplus food for human consumption

Recycle food waste

Animal feed

Recovery of energy

Clean landfilling
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal at Paper Submission System.
Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue – Food Waste Management” should be selected during your submission.
