Special Issue on Environment Modeling
Environmental modeling is the process of using computer algorithms to
predict the distribution of species in geographic space on the basis of a
mathematical representation of their known distribution in environmental space.
It builds bridges between the scientific community's understanding of key
environmental issues and the decision makers' need to influence relevant
policies. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for
scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss
various new issues and developments in the area of environmental modelling.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on
exploring environment modeling.
Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Environmental
modeling technology
-
Mathematical
model of water environment
-
Ecological
modeling
-
Application of
GIS in the environment research
-
Land cover
change analysis and prediction
-
Habitat impact
analysis
-
Application of
environment model
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective
authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through
the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue”
under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field
“Special Issue – Environment Modeling”
should be chosen during your submission.
